1. Return Eligibility

 

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

 

If you receive:

 

  • a damaged product

  • a defective item

  • the wrong product

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


You may be required to provide:

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

 

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 


 

4. Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  2. In some cases, we may arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

  3. If pickup service is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product back to us.

 


 

5. Refunds

 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

 

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 


 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

 

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via:

  • bank transfer

  • UPI

  • store credit (if applicable)

 

Customers may be asked to provide bank or UPI details to process the refund.

 


 

7. Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product according to this policy.
